Pinot Bianco D.O.C.
Wine specificationsTasting notes
Colour
It shines with a straw yellow mottled with greenish reflections.
Aroma
The bouquet is rather complex but extraordinarily balanced, dominated by fruity aromas of apple, almond, lychee and a slight herbaceous hint.
Flavour and taste
Fresh, lively, the sip is silky and of rare elegance. The balanced acidity cleans the palate and prepares it for the next sip.
Food pairings
A slice of pasqualina cake, contemporary pizza or paccheri with tomato and grana. No subjection with well-aged raw milk cheeses, much less with the tastiest dishes of the japanese tradition. But tasting it at the correct temperature, in front of a beautiful sunset facing the sea can offer great moments of relaxation.
