Intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Aroma
On the nose there are aromas of green pepper, black pepper, fruity hints of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, currants, mint, furthermore notes of chocolate, licorice, up to herbaceous traces.
Flavour and taste
In the mouth it has fresh notes with the right tannins, good persistence and an unmistakable balsamic charge.

It goes well with savory dishes such as roast pork and game.
